CHEF KYLE NORRIS
His cuisine is inspired by what grows wild in the garden on the property and on the mountains. Expect the plentiful citrus and herbs to find their way to your plate. Kyle and his committed team work together to conceptualise interesting flavour combinations, ensuring that dishes and their premium ingredients are carefully prepared from scratch. Colourful and playful, his cuisine is always innovative – that’s why he is affectionately known as the Crayola chef!

CHEF GRANT LYNOTT
With 12 years of experience, classically trained, well travelled and currently an executive chef, he is quite capable. His cooking style is modern French with technical skills rooted in Asian cuisine. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and is also a serious wine geek, so with him, not only do you get a chef, you get a “semi-sommelier” too.
