Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa boasts five versatile, state-of-the-art function rooms of various sizes available. Each venue boasts views of the stunning gardens or spectacular mountains. Large windows let in natural light and high ceiling create an airy atmosphere, which, combined with the wonderful air conditioners, ensure a comfortable working environment. These venues can be set up in Banquet style, U-shaped Cinema style and Classroom style. We also configure custom arrangements according to your specifications and individual needs. Please note that capacity of the conference venue is subject to the seating style.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This package is valid from 1 June–31 August 2024 and is subject to availability. Dinner is available at an additional cost. Breakaway rooms are not included in the package. Lunch meal excludes beverages and gratuity. All additional charges are not included. Limited number of rooms are available. Not available to groups that will accommodate less than 6 rooms.
Day Conference Package
The One-day Conference Package includes a delicious working lunch at La Pavillion restaurant or on the terrace, depending on the weather, as well as two tea breaks. Tea and coffee is served on arrival, and scrumptious baked goods and other treats are provided along with refreshing beverages. Fruit-infused mineral water and sweets are available throughout the day.
